As a Community Manager at Neptune Mutual, you will play a crucial role in nurturing a vibrant and engaged web3 community. You will be responsible for building and managing our community forum and social media channels; and facilitating effective communication between our company and our community members. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive community.


  • Monitor and moderate community channels regularly, including social media platforms, forums, and chat groups, to ensure constructive discussions.
  • Provide timely responses to community inquiries, comments, and feedback.
  • Assist other Community Managers to create and implement initiatives to increase community engagement.
  • Manage and maintain our company's social media presence, including platforms like Telegram, Discord, etc.
  • Liaise between our company and the community, conveying their feedback, suggestions, and concerns to relevant teams within the organization.
  • Gather insights from the community to suggest areas of improvement.


  • 1-2 years of experience in Community Management/ Social Media Management. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or any other related field is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Expertise in research and the ability to self-learn.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is necessary. 
  • Ability to foster constructive communication even at times when things are not so positive. 
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology, DeFi & web3 is preferred.
